I’m a busy mom of two that also works full-time. I recently got engaged this past winter and came to Anjie looking to slim down for my wedding. I was 30 lbs overweight from my goal when I started.
Anjie was very motivated and easy to work with. She focused my program on heavy lifting and various strength training exercises. I definitely saw an improvement in my strength abilities but unfortunately had a difficult time losing weight. I did feel that the program was difficult with my schedule, it called for 6-7 days a week, which ended up leaving me burnt out! I unfortunately have since sustained an injury that requires surgery but I definitely plan to continue training with Anjie once I am cleared by my doctor. I’m hoping to modify my program to what’s realistic for my schedule and look forward to getting back to the gym!
