First of all I want to congratulate Angie Yeo for becoming an IFBB pro! She has accomplished in just a few short years what every bodybuilder competitor dream of and rarely accomplish. Her drive, determination and compassion made her one of the best female physique bodybuilder in the U.S.

I have been working out with trainers for the past eight years and competing in bodybuilding competitions for the past seven. Almost two years ago, I realized I needed to build my legs bigger to help me compete and place higher in competitions. By then I knew who Angie was and previously helped me with my posing. From the very beginning she was very thorough in accessing my goals, strength and abilities. But was also concerned with what my other trainers were working on with me so that she could maximize my results. Ever month she would re-evaluate my progress and change the workout for better results. Even when I had a lower back issue, she knew what exercises my body could handle.

I know most of you who are reading this probably aren’t thinking of competing in bodybuilding competitions, yet. But if you’re thinking of getting in better physical shape or building more muscle, I would definitely sign up with Angie. She knows the body and how to change it for the better, no matter if you’re male or female. I should know because I’m 61 years old and placed 2nd in a well known competition in Cleveland in 2019.

Live strong and healthy!
